Clear terms for using Green Witch and understanding Premium.
Availability and operator
Green Witch is operated by WHO DEVELOP LTD (09096989), 124 City Road London City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. Contact contact@mygreenwitch.app. The website provides product information and support. App availability is determined by the current Apple or Google store listing. Private test access depends on the invitation and distribution channel through which it is provided.
Use and content
The app is for botanical reading, digital collection and personal reflection. It is not plant identification, medical, ingestion, foraging or treatment advice. Decorative artwork cannot identify a real plant. Historical accounts, traditions and original writing must be read with their labels and safety boundaries.
You may use the website and any authorized preview for personal, lawful use. Rights in your original journal writing remain yours. We do not receive ownership of it because you use the app. App and website materials remain protected by their respective intellectual-property rights; this permission does not authorize redistribution or resale of the content. Applicable statutory exceptions remain available.
Keep backups you need in a place you trust. Exported files and OS backups are separate from the local workspace. Do not misuse the support service or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict abusive access and correct, withdraw or update preview content; this does not remove consumer rights or access to your own locally stored writing through the app’s data controls.
Premium tier
When offered in your store, the paid tier covers saving advanced seasonal plans: 14- or 28-day plans, a chosen start date, matching using only your saved plant cards, and plant-exclusion preferences. You can preview every advanced plan for free before deciding whether to save it. These are digital, reflective plans; exclusions express personal preferences and do not establish medical or allergy safety. Premium provides no physical plant-handling or preparation guidance.
Free access includes unlimited saving of seven-day plans starting today with all illustrations available and no plant exclusions. Plant reading, sources and safety information, saved cards, lessons, guided projects, your journal and experiences remain accessible without Premium. Previously saved plans remain readable and editable after Premium expires. Backups, deletion and access to your private records do not require a paid subscription.
The purchase options are monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions, and a one-time Lifetime product for the same advanced-planning tier without recurring renewal. Lifetime describes that product’s entitlement; it does not promise every future product or feature. The app and store confirmation show the actual access scope, localized price, billing period and applicable offer before you confirm a purchase. No trial, unfinished future feature or public release date is promised.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew according to the store terms unless cancelled. Restore purchases checks eligible access with the same Apple or Google store account used for the purchase; no cross-store entitlement transfer is promised. A preview or cached local state does not establish a paid entitlement.
Cancellation and refunds
Use Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings to manage or cancel an eligible subscription. Deleting the app or its local data does not cancel billing. Cancel according to the renewal timing shown by your store.
For an eligible past store charge, use Apple’s refund process or Google Play’s refund guidance. Eligibility depends on the purchase and applicable law; no automatic refund is promised. Store procedures do not exclude mandatory consumer remedies. Any applicable digital-content withdrawal information must be provided before a purchase; these terms do not obtain a waiver of withdrawal rights.
Apple’s standard app licence and Google Play terms apply where relevant to the distribution or purchase.
Changes and rights
We may update these app and website terms and date the revision here. Applicable paid terms are presented before a purchase; this page does not retroactively change a purchase. Nothing here excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer and data-protection rights.
